Disclosed is an advancing machine (1) comprising a machine frame that is fitted with a moving gear (2), a cutting boom (3) that supports cutting tools (5, 8, 10), and a discharging means (19) which extends in the longitudinal direction of the machine, beyond the rear end of the machine frame. The cutting tools (5, 8, 10) are formed by at least two rotating cutting heads (5), the axes of rotation (6) of which extend in the direction of advancement or enclose an acute angle along with the direction of advancement. A unit (21) which can be pulled behind the machine frame and has a passage cross-section (33) for the discharging means (19) is hingedly connected to the machine frame by means of hydraulic cylinder piston units (29, 30). Said unit (21) is equipped with at least one anchor boring and placing device (23) and at least one supporting device (24) on each of the two sides of the discharging means (19). The supporting device (24) can be braced against the roof (7) and the floor (9). |
