It is possible to provide a method and a device for extracting electrocardiogram of an embryo by using the reference system independent partial space extraction method which can rapidly extract a partial space created by a target signal buried in a noise without any position information by using a rough probability distribution and a rough 3-dimensional space shape of the target signal as advance information. The device for extracting electrocardiogram of an embryo by using the reference system independent partial space extraction method which can rapidly extract a relative position, a relative direction, and a relative size of the target signal having a spatial structure from a plurality of measurement data buried in the noise obtained from measurement channels arbitrarily placed includes: a measurement unit (1) formed by a plurality of measurement channels; a pre-processing unit (2) which creates a strict model for building a partial space; a partial space extraction unit (3) which builds the partial space; and a partial space display unit (4) which arranges the obtained partial space in a virtual space.
