<p>Provided is an X-ray examination device wherein a desired range of a specimen can be identified visually. The X-ray examination device is provided with an examination part (1) which examines the specimen (TG) and a marking part (10) which performs marking to an examined specimen (TG). The examination part (1) comprises an X-ray irradiation section (3) which irradiates the specimen (TG) with X-rays (100), a line sensor (4) which detects the X-rays (100) transmitted through the specimen (TG) which is irradiated therewith by the X-ray irradiation section (3), and an examination control section (6) which identifies the range which meets a predetermined condition relating to a transmitted X-ray dosage of the specimen (TG) on the basis of a detection result obtained by the line sensor (4). The marking part (10) marks the range identified by the examination control section (6), to the specimen (TG).</p> |
