A flat slab shear reinforcement device using a stud and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent breakage of the joint between the stud and the base plate when the stud column is broken. A flat slab shear reinforcement device(SR1) is arranged between the lower bar and the upper bar of a column around a slab for reinforcement of a flat slab structure. The reinforcement device comprises a base plate(100) having vertical through holes, and a stud(200) having a lower and an upper reinforcement plate and a projection protruding to the lower side to be supported by a frictional force in the through hole.
