The device has a raising structure i.e. base (2), with respect to a ground level, where the structure integrates stands positioned in vertical and trapezoidal manner for forming a bottom of the device. A flat platform (1) is mounted above the structure close to an upper end of the stands. A ladder mounted on or against one of surfaces of the device and positioned between the platform and a ground surface. The structure is formed with joints that fold the structure by connecting axes of the stands of the structure. The platform is folded for inserting on or in the structure. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for assembling an observation device (2) a method for disassembling an observation device.
