Corrosion protective gel (Q), preferably on the basis of perfluoropolyether or polydialkyl siloxane, where the alkyl group is partially perfluorinated alkyl group, comprises a perfluorinated or partially fluorinated compound (Q1). Corrosion protective gel (Q), preferably on the basis of perfluoropolyether or polydialkyl siloxane, where the alkyl group is partially perfluorinated alkyl group, comprises a perfluorinated or partially fluorinated compound (Q1) of formula (R1a-(R1b) a-X 1) (I) and/or (X 1-(R1b) n-R1a-(R1b) m-X 2) (II). R1a : a perfluorinated polyether or perfluorinated 1-16C, preferably 6-12C-alkyl, preferably -CF 2-(O-CF 2-CF 2) p-(O-CF 2) q-O-CF 2-; R1b : 1-5C-alkyl spacer, preferably CH 3or C 2H 5spacer; X 1, X 2OH, alkoxy, trialkoxysilane, amino, carboxyl, thiol, cyanate, isocyanate, isothiocyanate, phosphate, carboxamide or polyether alcohol, preferably OCH 3, OC 2H 5, Si(OCH 3) 3, Si(OC 2H 5) 3, NH 2, CONH 2or CH 2(OCH 2CH 2) rOH; r : 1-5; n, m : 0 or 1; and p, q : 0.5-40, preferably 10-31. Independent claims are included for: (1) a corrosion protective coating comprising (Q1); (2) preparation of the corrosion protective coating, comprising evaporating (Q1) and applying on the electronic and/or mechanical components by gas phases deposition process, dissolving/dispersing the mixture in water, an alcohol (e.g. 2-propanol) or a hydrocarbon, immersing the electronic and/or micromechanical components to be coated into the solution/dispersion and spraying the solution/dispersion; and (3) an electronic and/or micromechanical component (11), preferably pressure, flux and/or temperature sensors, preferably capacitive and/or piezoresistive pressure sensors, comprising a sensor element (2), which is a pressure, flux and/or temperature sensors, preferably capacitive and/or piezoresistive pressure sensor, where: the sensor element exhibits a contact surface (3); a bond wire (4) is contacted with the contact surface; and the sensor element, the contact surface and/or the bonding wire comprises (Q) and completely or at least partially coated with the corrosion protective coating (6). |
