A method and a system for processing a non-faced financial transaction message and a recording medium therefor are provided to prevent various transaction information included in a message from being checked even though a message transceived through a communication network is exposed, thereby safely providing a non-faced financial transaction. An internet banking server(100) changes an information item position of a non-faced financial transaction message. The internet banking server includes transaction information corresponding to the changed information item position. A client terminal(175) receives the non-faced financial transaction message through the communication network. The client terminal confirms the changed information item position on the non-faced financial transaction message. The client terminal extracts each transaction information for handling the non-faced financial transaction from the confirmed information item position.
