<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package for a semiconductor light emitting device that can reflect light of a semiconductor light emitting element while stably maintaining reflectivity for a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: A reflector 5 is formed of a thermoplastic resin on one principal surface of a base 1 so that the semiconductor light emitting element 3 is enclosed, and a reflective film 6 is formed of a titanium oxide on the inner peripheral surface as the reflecting surface of the reflector 4, so that the reflectivity is not impaired for a long period of time since the titanium oxide as an oxide is chemically stable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
