CELL HOLDING AND ROTATING OBSERVATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell holding and rotating observation device, observing an intracellular three-dimensional fine structure with high accuracy and quickly. SOLUTION: An air bearing is introduced into a pipette rotating shaft fitted to a rotating shaft of a microscope to improve the rotational accuracy of a pipette, whereby the intracellular three-dimensional fine structure is observed with higher accuracy and quickly.
