PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency switch module having a simple and low-cost circuit configuration, and small power consumption. SOLUTION: The high-frequency switch module for changing a plurality of transmitting and receiving circuits has: a high-frequency switch; a low-pass filter connected to the high-frequency switch to allow a transmission signal to pass through; and a branching circuit connected to the high-frequency switch to branch a plurality of reception signals. In the high-frequency switch module, the branching circuit comprises: a plurality of phase shifters and bandpass filters, at least one portion of the low-pass filter is formed by line and capacitor electrodes in a laminate; the line electrodes for constituting the phase shifter are formed helically over a plurality of layer; a switching element for constituting a high-frequency switch and the bandpass filter are mounted to the laminate; and the line electrodes of the respective phase shifters do not mutually overlap in a lamination direction, do not overlap with the line electrodes of the low-pass filter in the lamination direction, and are connected to the bandpass filter and the switching element via a through-hole.
