A tire tread rubber composition, a rubber comprising the composition, and a tire using the rubber are provided to improve abrasion resistance and braking ability without the deterioration of mileage performance. A tire tread rubber composition comprises 100 parts by weight of raw rubber which comprises a styrene-butadiene rubber comprising 70~80% of a vinyl content and 20~30% of a styrene content; 30~50 parts by weight of carbon black; and 35~45 parts by weight of silica. The raw rubber comprises 70~80 parts by weight of a styrene-butadiene rubber comprising 70~80% of a vinyl content and 20~30% of a styrene content; and 20~30 parts by weight of at least one rubber selected the group consisting of a natural rubber and a synthetic rubber.
