<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the indoor unit of an air conditioner for a facility allowing inspection and maintenance of a fan belt at an appropriate timing. <P>SOLUTION: The integrated time during which the fan belt 24 is used is grasped by monitoring the time when a fan motor 20 for driving a blower 12 of the indoor unit 10 is turned ON, and when the integrated time reaches a prescribed value, caution information is output.
