PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base which does not prevent visibility of an object at the time of viewing the object through the base. SOLUTION: The base 1 is provided with a transparent base 11 and conduction pattern parts 12 that are arranged on one face (a face of a fitting object-side to which the base is fitted, namely, a face of a display D-side) of the transparent base 11, and are patterned in prescribed shapes. A surface of the transparent base 11 comprises one type or above of high polymer selected from hydroxy propyl cellulose, acrylic resin and urethane resin in which isocyanate comprising an alicyclic structure is polymerized as a monomer. Parts which are brought into contact with the conduction pattern parts 12 on the surface of the transparent base 11 are set to be shielding parts 111A and they include a black substance.
