PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological macromolecule analysis chip capable of easily being manufactured and identifying a person to be inspected. SOLUTION: The biological macromolecule analysis chip 1 includes a first imaging device 10 and a second imaging device 110 with a plurality of light-receiving elements 20 formed thereon, and a storage 4 for storing image data picked up by the first imaging device 10 and the second imaging device 110 in which a probe 61 for binding a specified biological macromolecule is provided on the light-receiving surface of the first imaging device 10.
