PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid flow channel forming apparatus which can stably form a liquid flow channel by a simple constitution, and to provide a waste liquid collecting system equipped with the liquid flow channel forming apparatus, and a liquid jetting apparatus equipped with the waste liquid collecting system. SOLUTION: In the liquid flow channel forming apparatus which forms the liquid flow channel capable of discharging a liquid from a downstream end of a flexible tube 43 by supporting the flexible tube 43 by a supporting member 72 that has a rigidity, the supporting member 72 is equipped with a leading end side tubular part 76 as a first supporting part which supports the downstream end of the flexible tube 43 so that the downstream end points a predetermined direction, a base end side tubular part 75 as a second supporting part which supports a predetermined length part of the downstream end side in the flexible tube 43 that has the downstream end supported by the first supporting part, and a non tubular part 77.
