PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable equipment enabling a user to easily handle the portable equipment even in the middle of taking exercise. SOLUTION: The portable equipment comprises an acceleration sensor part having at least a three-axis acceleration sensor, a body motion detecting part for detecting an exercising state of a user's body on the basis of acceleration detected by the acceleration sensor part, and a control part for determining, in accordance with the exercising state, a method for notifying information to the user, whether to execute an application, or the like when receiving an input from the outside.
