<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make concerned persons properly share necessary information as necessary. <P>SOLUTION: A registration/disclosure/browsing management part 24 of an interior monitoring server 10 receives data from a client computer 16 operated by a user, and generates a record of a data file 34 including the group authority of a group to which the user belongs about the data, and stores the record in a database 12. Also, the registration/disclosure/browsing management part 24 specifies the group to which the user who has requested data browsing belongs in response to a data browsing request, and acquires the group authority of the specified group, and compares the group authority of the user with the group authority in the record of a data file 34 of the data related with data browsing, and determines the validity/invalidity of data browsing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
