PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a hose wherein the inner face is not damaged with heat when a mandrel is extracted in the manufacture of a hose using the mandrel including a process of vulcanizing by heating, especially, in the manufacture of a hose having an innermost face resin layer, and to provide a mandrel for manufacturing a hose. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a hose comprises: a process of forming a hose forming material layer by using a flexible mandrel, which has a hollow part penetrating along the axis to the longitudinal direction, and coating at least one hose forming material on the circumference thereof; a process of heating the hose forming material layer coated on the mandrel; a process of cooling the mandrel and the hose forming material layer by passing water through the hollow part of the mandrel; and a process of manufacturing a hose comprising the hose forming material layer by increasing a pressure of the water and extracting the mandrel from the hose forming material layer by the water pressure.
