PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of opening/closing a large panel without twisting it, reducing restriction of an installation space and having arms easily mounted to a cabinet. SOLUTION: The air conditioner is provided with a blowout port 5 formed on the front face of the cabinet 3, the panel 20 covering the front face of the blowout port 5 and the pair of arms 12, 12 rotatably supporting the panel 20. The arms 12, 12 are provided so as to freely come in/out from entrances 21a of the arms 12, 12 formed on both sides of the blowout port 5 of the cabinet 3.
