A method of obtaining conducting nanostructures includes counter displacement of two current-leads up to the appearance between them of an electrical contact, moreover at least one of the current-leads in the place of contact is sharpened, after appearance of contact between the current-leads 1-500 μA current is passed and resistance is recorded, and, after several cycles of sharp drop and different increase of the resistance, which occur automatically, the current is disconnected. Before obtaining nanostructure on the surface of unsharpened current-lead a film of solid electrolyte is applied that has conductivity of ions of metal, from which the unsharpened current-lead is manufactured. |
