An adsorption plate with an indicator is provided to prevent damage to attached products by forming the indicator to be changed according to the change of pressure. An adsorption plate(100) comprises an indicator. The adsorption plate is formed of soft materials. The adsorption plate is formed of the transparent material. The indicator is formed in the concave curved surface of the adsorption plate. The indicator is formed at the location a user is able to check from outside. The color of the indicator is changed according to the change of pressure between the adsorption plate and a wall. The indicator is formed by coating a concave curved surface of an adsorption plate with pressure sensitive paint(110). The indicator is a gas pocket formed in the concave curved surface of the adsorption plate.
