PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information sharing technique for suppressing a burden on operation management.

SOLUTION: A server device collects input information in a word processor, and the server device assumes that a user with a high input frequency of a predetermined keyword in the processor has a detailed knowledge of the keyword, and presents, to the word processor, information necessary for a contact with the user as an information inquiry contact for the keyword.
