<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation position detecting device having seuperior positonal resolution. <P>SOLUTION: This radiation position detection device is equipped with a radiation position detector 1, having an electrode 3 for outputting a first signal to one end A of the electrode and outputting a second signal to the other end B of the electrode, corresponding to an incident position of a radiation r; a first preamplifier 5a; a first capacitor 4a; a second preamplifier 5b; a second capacitor 4b; and a measuring part for measuring the incident position of the radiation from an intensity ratio between the first signal and the second signal. The time constant for the first preamplifier 5a is smaller than the resistance component of the electrode 3 and the time constant by the first capacitor 4a, and the time constant of the second preamplifier 5a is smaller than the resistance component of the electrode and a time constant by the second capacitor 4b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
