PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amplitude required for an input signal, and to suppress the waveform of an output signal from being dull.

SOLUTION: In an electric circuit, a gate G1 of a transistor TA1 between a power supply line L1 and an output unit N2 is coupled to an input unit N1 via a capacitor C1. A gate G2 of a transistor TA2 between a power supply line L2 and the output unit N2 is coupled to the input unit N1 via a capacitor C2. A transistor TB3 is diode-connected between the power supply line L1 and the gate G1 with a direction of the gate G1 as a forward direction when watched from the power supply line L1. A transistor TB4 is diode-connected between the power supply line L1 and the gate G1 with a direction of the power supply line L1 as a forward direction when watched from the gate G1. A potential VB of each of back gates B of the transistor TB3 and the transistor TB4 is set such that a threshold voltage VT3 of the transistor TB3 exceeds a threshold voltage VT1 of the transistor TA1 and that addition of the threshold voltage VT3 of the transistor TB3 and the threshold voltage VT4 of the transistor TB4 decreases.
