PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stand holding structure for an electronic device with improved usability. SOLUTION: A bottom 2a of a lower case 2 is integrally provided with an axis support portion 21 for supporting an axis 11 of a stand member 9 rotatably and movably in an arrow direction A-B. The bottom 2a is provided with a first rotation control means 27 for controlling rotation of the stand member 9 so as to keep a telephone 1 in a state with the telephone 1 raised at an angle ofαby moving the stand member 9 by a distance L1 in an arrow direction A. The bottom 2a is provided with a second rotation control means 30 for controlling rotation of the stand member 9 so as to keep the telephone 1 in a state with the telephone 1 raised at an angle ofβby moving the stand member 9 by a distance L2 in the arrow direction A.
