PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the total molding time by reducing the demolding time in molding an FRP and provide a demolding device and molding method for an FRP which do not hurt the surface textures of moldings, even when they are thin or have a sandwich structure. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a demolding method for taking out a fiber-reinforced plastic from a mold. The demolding method comprises forming a gap between the fiber-reinforced plastic and the mold by pushing out the fiber-reinforced plastic with a movable ejector pin housed in the mold or in a cylinder equipped in the mold and taking out the fiber-reinforced plastic from the mold by sending a gas into the gap.
