A side rail bar insert-integrated fashion roof carrier is provided to prevent unbalance of step and a gap due to assembly error by integrating a cover, a fixing member, and a connecting member. A side rail bar insert-integrated fashion roof carrier comprises a side rail bar insert integrated roof rack(100), a joining and receiving member, elastic plates(180a,180b), a crossbar(130), a pair of cover plates(120a,120b), and a cover plate. The roof rack comprises a pair of fixing parts(2a,2b), a connection part(3), a plurality of ribs, and a plurality of protrusions. The side rail bar(110) is inserted into the connection part. The joining and receiving member is inserted into the protrusion of the bottom surface of a pair of fixing parts. The elastic plate is coupled at the bottom surface of the fixing part of the roof rack. The elastic plate adheres closely with the roof panel in order to prevent the water leakage. The crossbar moves forward and backward. A pair of cover plates covers the opened fixing part of the roof rack. The cover plate covers the opened fixing part and the opened connection part of the roof rack.
