A traffic information data frame, apparatus and method producing for the same are provided to preferentially rapidly transmit the important information among the traffic information. The traffic information data frame comprises the header and the payload. The header has the frame information. The frame information includes the beginning and length information of data frame. The payload has the traffic information. The payload arranges preferentially the traffic information about the major road among the traffic information. The apparatus of forming the traffic information data frame comprises the gathering traffic information part(810), the major road selecting part(820), and data arrangement part(830) and data transmission part(840).
