A device for reclining a car seat is provided to prevent a seat back from being clattering by supporting an inner circumference of a wedge member at two points. A device for reclining a car seat comprises a first rotator(1), a second rotator(2) and a drive bush(3). The first rotator is connected to a bracket installed on the lower part of a seat back. The second rotator is connected to the bracket installed at the rear side of a seat cushion. The drive bush rotates by the motor fixed to the seat back. A concave part(1a), circular, is formed at the side facing to the second rotator at the first rotator. A second concave part(2a) is formed at the side facing to the first rotator. An inner gear(1b) is formed at the inner circumference of the concave part.
