An apparatus for microparticle separation is provided to minimize the exposure time of electric filed and separate based on the difference of electric property of particles. An apparatus for microparticle separation comprises: an inlet (130) in which the microparticle flows; an aligning channel (142) which is connected to the inlet and gradually reduce the width to the flow direction of microparticle; a pair of first separation channels (144a, 144b) and a pair of second separation channels (146a, 146b).
