The invention relates to the field of electrical power engineering and cryoelectronics, and can be used in the superconductor study of materials. The process for increasing the critical currents in the superconducting magnesium diboride consists in that on the surface of the magnesium diboride film there are deposited nanoparticles of magnetic material, for example, cobalt, which are powerful pinning centers, that is centers for vortex filament fixation into a superconductor, placed into a magnetic field. The result of the invention consists in increasing the critical current of the magnesium diboride pinning.
