The assembly (12) has rotating radial internal and external walls (26, 28) parallel to each other in an upstream part of a synchronizing ring and separated with respect to each other in a downstream part of the synchronizing ring to form a propagation cone. Internal and external downstream parts (58, 60) of the internal and external walls respectively have angles of inclination with respect to upstream parts (62, 64) of the walls. The downstream parts of the walls have same length from the upstream parts of the walls and different widths from the upstream parts of the walls.
