The device has a coiled pipe unit (10) formed from a pipe (12) guiding a fluid and a pipe (14) implemented as a heating device. The pipe unit has a spiral coil (18) that is arranged in another spiral coil (16), where the coils are formed from the pipes, while the coils are arranged into each other. The spiral coils are arranged to each other in a direction of a transverse axis (20) and shifted around a value appropriate to a half pipe diameter of the spiral coil (16). The pipes are made of copper, stainless steel and/or aluminum.
