PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a laminated core, which reduce costs by reducing the number of parts while having high productivity, and to provide the laminated core manufactured thereby. SOLUTION: The apparatus manufactures a laminated core 1 formed by laminating a plurality of annular core pieces composed of a plurality of circular core pieces 2 annularly arranged while punching the circular core pieces from a workpiece W to be conveyed in one direction. The manufacturing apparatus 20 has: a caulking station S1 for forming a half-punched caulking part on the workpiece; a pilot part punching station S3 for punching a pilot part as a positioning portion when the annular core pieces are laminated; and a circular laminating caulking station S5 for punching out circular core pieces and positioning the pilot part thereof by a pilot mechanism having a shape conforming to the pilot part, arranging the circular core pieces sequentially and annularly to form the laminated annular core pieces, and connecting the caulking parts overlapped in the lamination direction with each other by caulking.
