PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer reactor which ensures a through mixing for two flowable substances of widely different viscosities in a quality and speed. SOLUTION: The mixer reactor includes a substantially rotationally symmetric housing which includes a distributing chamber; a mixing chamber; a front plate having a front face and a rear face and a center inlet traversing from the rear face to the front face; an inlet in the housing near the distributing chamber for introducing a first substance; a means for transporting the first substance to the center inlet of the front plate from the inlet; a second inlet in the housing for introducing a second substance into the distributing chamber; a plurality of parallel inlet openings in the front plate, which are arranged in a rotationally symmetric manner in the front plate and through which the first substance is transported from the distributing chamber to the mixing chamber; a plurality of channels which radiate outwardly widens from the center inlet of the front plate and through which the first substance is transported from the transporting means into the mixing chamber; a plurality of pins corresponding to the plurality of parallel inlet openings in the front plate; and an outlet for removing the mixed material or product from the mixing chamber.
