<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip resistor that can achieve highly rated power or miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: The chip resistor has an insulating substrate 1 and a plurality of resistor films 2 formed on the insulating substrate 1 so that they extend in a direction y and are arranged in a direction x, wherein a chip resistor A1 is in each resistor film 2 on which a slit 21 extending from one end edge in the direction x is formed, and a plurality of resistor films 2 are composed of a pair of resistor films 2 so adjacent that respective slits 21 may make correct pairs and one or more resistor films 2 situated outward to these pairs of resistor films 2 in the direction x and their slits 21 are arranged so as to be situated inward in the direction x. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
