PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk drive capable of suppressing displacement of a magnetic recording disk to be placed.SOLUTION: A disk drive comprises: a rotor including a placement part 28a on which a magnetic recording disk 8 is placed; and a fixation body for rotatably supporting the rotor. The rotor comprises: a hub 28 having a disk fitting part 28b including an outer cylindrical face 28d fitted to a central hole 8a of the magnetic recording disk 8; and a yoke 30 for holding a magnet 32. The fixation body comprises: a bearing unit for rotatably supporting the rotor by generating dynamic pressure to a lubricant interposed between the rotor and fixation body; a base 4 to which the bearing unit is fixed; and a magnetic flux generation part acting magnetically to the magnet 32. The yoke 30 has a holding cylindrical part 30a fixed to the disk fitting part 28b, and a protruding part 30b protruding outward in a radial direction from a part of the holding cylindrical part 30a located more on the base 4 side from the disk fitting part 28b in an axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
