<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing the oxidation of a frying oil by which the oxidation of the frying oil can be prevented effectively. <P>SOLUTION: The oxidation of the frying oil 20 is prevented by jetting air containing negative ions generated by a negative ion-generating means 2 into the frying oil 20.
