PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve and a material discharge device using the check valve stably opening/closing a valve hole. SOLUTION: The material discharge device 10 comprises: a case 15 including the valve hole 13 provided between first and second housings 11, 12; the check valve 17 opening/closing the valve hole; and a plunger 18 applying pressure to material supplied into the first housing. The check valve 17 includes a poppet 40 for opening/closing the valve hole, a coil spring 41 energizing a valve element in a direction to close the valve hole, and a ball 42 disposed between them.
