PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil feeding adjustment device for a torque converter type automatic transmission, enabling to maximizing a period of time for the temperature of operating oil in the automatic transmission to fall within an allowable temperature range adequate for oil feeding adjustment work. SOLUTION: An electronic control device 50 monitors whether the operating oil temperature TAF in the automatic transmission 20 falls within the allowable temperature range adequate for oil feeding adjustment work under the conditions that an engine 10 is in an idling condition. When the operating oil temperature TAF is monitored, a lock-up mechanism 240 for the automatic transmission 20 is operated to hold the input shaft and the output shaft of a torque converter 21 in a fastened condition.
