PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intuitively and comparatively easily perform a zoom operation for magnifying and reducing a subject image taken by a camera part, without viewing an operation member, in a head-mounted photographing device capable of displaying the subject image taken by the camera part on a display part mounted on a head. SOLUTION: The head-mounted photographing device includes: a mounting part for mounting the display part for displaying the subject image taken by the camera part in front of eyes on the head of a user; and the operation member which is provided in the mounting part and for performing the zoom operation for magnifying and reducing the subject image taken by the camera part by back-and-forth and up-and-down movement.
