A welding device is provided to weld a material consecutively while holding the center of a hole of a product or a flange in a fixed state with a centering gripper, and to reduce manufacturing cost of the product. A welding device comprises a centering gripper(150), a welding unit(200), a carbon brush(301), a torch position adjusting unit(400), and a control unit. The centering gripper holds the center of a product or a hole or a flange or a boss. The welding unit rotates a welding torch(401) with torque of a rotating motor(220). The carbon brush delivers a welding current to a rotator(306). The torch position adjusting unit controls a location of the welding torch, a rotary joint(300,350), and a slip ring(250). The control unit is connected with main components on a circuit.
