PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box that can be disposed after easily folded flat in a compact shape. SOLUTION: The packaging box is designed so that a lid 2 is connected to the rear part of a body 1 so as to be freely opened or closed and the box can be folded flat when disassembled. In the packaging box, two continuous creases are formed so as to extend through the body 1 and lid 2. An interval between them gradually tapers from one side to the other. Widthwise creases 22 to 25 intersecting the creases 21 are formed. In a state where the box is disassembled in a flat shape with the lid 2 open, both sides of the box are folded inside along the tapering creases 21. The wide end of the box is folded along the widthwise crease 22 intersecting the tapering creases 21 and thereby a bag portion 26 is formed. A portion from the narrow end of the box to its middle is folded a number of times along the widthwise creases 23 and 24, and inserted into the bag portion 26 while bent along the widthwise crease 25.
