PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an existing housing to be used as it is, and to suppress an increase of the number of components, when mounting a display means for displaying the state of a power tool. SOLUTION: The power tool drives a motor 22 in the housing 12 by operating an operation part 42 arranged on the surface side of the housing 12 and rotates a rotary tool 32 rotatably mounted in the housing 12 using the rotational force of the motor 22. The display means 45a, 45b for displaying the state of the power tool are arranged in the housing 12 and the operation part 42 is located in such a position as to cover the display means 45a, 45b and is configured to transmit the light of the display means 45a, 45b.
