摘要 A heating and cooling apparatus of a vehicle using electricity is provided to enhance the heating efficiency using wasted heat of a fuel battery for heating the inside of a vehicle. A heating and cooling apparatus of a vehicle using electricity is comprised of a compressor(110), an evaporator with cooler(180), an internal heat exchanger(120), an expansion valve(130), an evaporator(140), a first heater(150), a refrigerant circulation line(160), and a controller(170). The compressor compresses refrigerant to the high temperature and high pressure with the electricity. The cooler emits the heat of high temperature and pressure refrigerant with the operation of the cooling fan. The internal heat exchanger cools the refrigerant passing through cooler. The expansion valve decompresses the refrigerant cooled with the internal heat exchanger pressure. The evaporator cools the air evaporating refrigerant and passes through the duct of vehicle. The first heater heats up the air with the refrigerant of high pressure and high temperature. The refrigerant circulation line supplies the refrigerant of high pressure and high temperature through the cooler, internal heat exchanger, expansion valve, evaporator to the cooled state to the internal heat exchanger. The refrigerant circulation line supplies the refrigerant of high pressure and high temperature to the state cooled by the operation of switching units(162,163,165,166) after the first heater, internal heat exchanger, expansion valve, cooler to the internal heat exchanger.
