A degassing-functional waterproof sheet and method are provided to prevent waterproofing fault by inducing water vapor toward the air vent through the degassing path. A degassing-functional waterproof sheet comprises a waterproof base(111), a waterproof coating layer(112), an air vent layer(113), and a delamination layer(114). The waterproofing base is made of asphalt. The waterproof coating layer is formed by applying a gel type waterproof material on one side of the waterproof base. The air vent layer is formed by attaching a degassing member to one side of a degassing base plate made of rubber, wherein the degassing member is made of fabric of cotton, hemp cloth or wool or non-woven fabric. The air vent layer is impregnated in the waterproof coating layer to form a degassing path. The delamination layer is made of polyester film and attached to the waterproof coating layer and the air vent layer to protect them. |
