PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board capable of downsizing a board while fixing a metal piece to the board certainly, and a battery pack using the same. SOLUTION: This is the circuit board in which a metal piece 7 is jointed to a board 6, and is provided with a through-hole 14 formed in the board 6 and a metal block 15 insertion engaged with the through-hole 14, and the metal piece 7 is jointed to the exposed portion of the metal block 15. Thereby, the metal piece 7 can be welded to the metal block 15 engaged with the through-hole 14 of the board 6. Accordingly, compared with a structure in which the metal piece 7 is soldered to the board 6, jointing area can be made small.
