<p>PURPOSE: To manufacture a pipe header which can prevent a turbulent flow from being generated in a transport fluid and can reduce a flow rate loss in the transport fluid by friction and can also be used as piping to transport super pure water, while reducing manufacturing labor and manufacturing cost, securing piping accuracy and strength, and attaining size reduction in the pipe header. CONSTITUTION: A pipe header H1 whose main pipes 1 are composed of thermoplastic resin pipes 20 and branch pipes 2 are composed of short pipes 20 with a flange, is manufactured by fusing and joining curved flanges 21 along an outer peripheral surface of a thermoplastic resin pipe by using a thermoplastic resin pipe 10 and three short pipes 20 with a flange and a box nut which have the curved flanges 21 on one end by being curved so as to run along an outer peripheral surface of this thermoplastic resin pipe 10 and box nuts 22 on the other end.</p> |
