PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interposed machine between game machines, and an interposed machine system, in which Pachinko balls are prevented from being recovered without being counted even in a case where flowing-down of the Pachinko balls is stopped because of shutter closure or the like due to power failure or failure of a counting section, and the Pachinko balls introduced into the interposed machine and being stopped to flow down can be easily taken out. SOLUTION: The interposed machines 3 and 4 are installed adjacent to Pachinko machines 2 for performing a process of lending Pachinko balls. The interposed machine includes a passage, and the counting part 740 for counting Pachinko balls introduced to the passage inside.
