<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuously variable transmission which enhances the rigidity in low rotation speed output and the efficiency in high rotation speed output. <P>SOLUTION: A high gear transmission pulley set 202 having a fixed speed ratio is mounted between an input shaft 101 and output shaft 103. A clutch device 222 is arranged between the output shaft 103 and driven pulley of the high gear transmission pulley set 202. A low gear transmission pulley set 102 having a fixed speed ratio is mounted between the input shaft 101 and output shaft 103. A unidirectional transmission device 111 is disposed therebetween. Rotational kinetic energy of the input shaft 101 drives load after passing through the unidirectional transmission device 111 and low gear transmission pulley set 102 and driving the output shaft 103. Although transmitting power passes through the different-shaft continuously variable transmission 100, the power is output by being converted to pass through the low gear transmission pulley set 102. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
